HOW TO BUY OUR PRODUCTS
CSA Shares
During the growing season we offer CSA shares of shiitake mushrooms. The summer share runs for 12 weeks and includes a weekly 12 ounce bag of fresh, log-grown shiitakes. Half shares are also available and can be taken either as a 6 ounce bag weekly or a full 12 ounce bag biweekly. The summer share begins in mid June with rolling start dates through mid July.
We distribute our shares through the Full Plate Farms CSA. Full Plate members and non-members alike can pick up their shiitake shares at any of the Full Plate pick-up locations. See our order form for details.
